The seller is the heart of our network and site; they are held to a different standard than buyers. They must be responsible and faithful to buyers. To get a seller account you must first have a buyer account in our website You also must have an email address on file associated with an active PayPal account to receive payment when your item sells. You can sell outside of PayPal if you like, but please remember to donate something to our site... Some money, or a good story for your fellow riders.
If you already have a buyer account, you will need to request a seller account. Please click here (make sure you have buyer account before request) to request for the seller account. We will then review your submission. After we do our research on you, we may need to charge your PayPal account a test amount. This amount will be less than $2.00, this is just to make sure your PayPal account is active and in good standing. We also may need to speak with you on the phone, and we may ask around and make sure you are in good standing with your fellow riders. Once everything checks out, and is perfect, we will allow you to list your item in our seller area. Thank you for becoming a brother of the PoorBoysPost.com network. I truly appreciate your involvement.

Seller’s Responsibility:
When somebody wants to buy your item, you will get an email notification. At that time you need to respond to your customer and let them know if you still have the item in stock. The buyer is probably very excited to find this part, he may be staring at his bike on blocks, dreaming of the open road... don't leave a fellow rider hanging... ALSO please re-inspect the part, make sure its still in the same condition. Here you cannot contact the buyer directly with a custom message. It is a YES or NO question, you have it, or you don't. If anything has change with the part, respond with a NO. Then edit your ad, and see if the buyer contacts you again. Don't create problems for yourself...
If the buyer does purchase your item, you will get money to your PayPal account, and an email notification detailing which item they purchased. Then you can move forward with shipping the item. Feel free to communicate with the buyer directly.
The above image shows that the seller reply page, you have to choose “In stock” if you have item and you have to choose “Out of stock” if you don’t have the item in stock. Then the buyer will get your email notification then they can buy if you have stock.

Seller Tips
Have faith in your fellow Man or Women
The situation is always resolvable, don't assume they've acted with bad intentions. They will always mirror your response. If you're truly understanding they will be too.
Remember the big picture brother
Instead of getting caught up in the emotions of the moment, remember you aint taking this stuff with you. Keep the big picture in mind.
This is just one transaction among many more to come in the future. If it keeps happening you may want to do some self reflecting.
Customer satisfaction is key
Accommodate your fellow brothers, and sisters. Your reputation is your most valuable asset.
Focus on the problem, not the person
Talk about the situation, not the person. The mistake is done... now lets solve it! Don't waste time and energy judging someones character on one transaction.
Threats and insults almost always backfire
Threatening a member or insulting them usually makes them less accommodating and cooperative, and may lead to real harm on both ends. This is very important on PoorBoysPost, you may be talking to someone who has reach their breaking point. Bikers are not known for being push overs.
Be open and creative
Their is often a win-win solution where both sides get what they are looking for. Sometimes just buying them a drink helps
Thank you for your time. Keep the rubber down brother...
